If clients need some special thread gauges, then we can provide custom production service for specialty ring gagegs or plug gauges. Usually the ring gauges can be finished taking two weeks, and the plug gauges can be finished taking ten days. We can ship worldwide by express, usually the shipping time is 4 days. we have rich experience in producing custom gages for clients. Nowadays , we have produced thousands of special gauges. Basically our skilled workers produce custom thread gauges daily. We just stock right hand gauges (RH), if clients need left hand gauges (LH), then we have to take custom production service. For example, we are taking custom production for 1″-5 Stub ACME thread plug gauge 2G GO&NOGO Left Hand , M26x1.5 left hand thread plug gauge, go/no-go and thread plug gauge GO Tr 30×3 LEFT hand etc .

We can make custom thread gauges/ special gages as below:

  • Special Major diameter, for example, M12x1.5 is standard thread, we have in stock, if clients ask for M12.5, then we have to take custom production
  • Special TPI (threads per inch) or special pitch. For example, 7/8-16 UN is standard, we have gages in stock, if clients ask for 7/8-18 UN, then we have to take custom production. M12x1.5 in standard, if need M12x0.8, then we have to take custom production.
  • Special pitch diameter. sometimes, clients ask for special pitch diameter, then we have to make them specially.
