gaugestools can provide kinds of thread ring gauges for external threads, and plug gauges for internal threads. External threads can be described as male threads, Internal threads can be described as female threads. For example, a nut has female thread, while a screw has male threads. External (male) thread gauges, and Internal (female) thread gauges all can be supplied by us.

gaugetools have many ISO Metric thread gauges in stock. ISO metric threads are most commonly general-purpose threads worldwide, they are popular worldwide. we gaugestools  have M1-M100 many standard items in stock.  we just stock 6g ring gauge and 6H plug gauge, if no specially mentioned, 6g and 6H class are chosen. For some special requirements (special diameter, special pitch or special class of fit), we can take custom production. we can provide short delivery time, usually we can finish works in two weeks, sometimes if clients are pretty urgent, we also can provide shorter delivery time. Metric plug gauges are used to check internal threaded components, Metric ring gauges are used to check external threaded components. all these gauge tools are fixed limit tools. thread gauges can’t measure out the detailed diameter sizes of threaded parts, they just can be sure the threaded parts are in the limit range. They just can provide a result that the threaded parts are quality okey or not.
