No.1 Q: Do you accept the American Express card for payment?

A: Yes, we accept, we accept Credit card payment including Visa,Master Card, American Express, and discover.                  

No.2 Q: will my credit card info be given after paid?

A: We accept Credit card payment through Paypal. we won’t know clients’ Credit card information after clients paid.                           

No.3 Q: Do you have any distributor here in mexico or in U.S.A?

A: No, we don’t have distributor in Mexico and USA, we will send goods to clients directly by Express(DHL, Fedex, UPS etc), usually clients can receive goods taking 3-5 days.                                   

No.4 Q: Are these gauges made from hardened steel?

A: Yes, these gauges will be made by GCR15, bearing steel, the steel will be heat treated and hardened, the steel will be quenched,temperied and annealed to improve the strength, hardness, wear resistance and fatigue resistance. the material hardness:  58~62 HRC.                           

No.5 Q: Shall the same size of Ring and Plug gages be jointed together？

A: No, the same size of ring and plug gages can’t be jointed together. Please know the ring gages are used to check external thread, the plug gages are used to check internal thread. Can’t fix them together! They have different class of fit, of course can’t fix them together. Clients can use our gauges to test threaded parts, after passing our gauges’ testing, fix the tested internal and external parts together to see whether they can be fixed well.                                                                                                                   

No.6 Q:Do your thread ring gauges and plug gauges come with long form calibration certificates？

A: No, if clients need long form calibration certificates, please tell in advance, then we can send to third party testing lab ISO17025 accredited to get the certificates. It need 4-5 days to get the certificates. 

No.7 Q: How about the delivery time?

A: the usual delivery time is 3-5 days, If clients need gauges urgently, we also can choose quicker express. If we choose quicker express, usually clients order goods on Friday, they can receive on Monday.

No.8 Q: Can you take custom production for some special requirements of us?

A: Yes, we can take custom production if we don’t have the goods in stock. Only one pc is acceptable. we also can put on clients’ logo on it.

No.9 Q: Can you reduce the invoice amount to pay less tax?

A: Yes, if you need us to reduce the invoice amount, please tell in advance, then we can do according to your requirements for you to pay less tax.

No.10 Q: Are the plug gages including GO NOGO?

A: Yes, the plug gages will include GO NOGO, the ring gauge will also include GO NOGO, Our each price includes GO NOGO except special noted

No.11 Q: Where are you from?Can you ship to Malaysia?

A: We are located in China, yes, we can ship goods to Malaysia, we can ship goods worldwide.
